WHO IS RELAX ZONE?
Relax Zone is a Danish-owned company that specialises in providing massage chair services in public spaces, including airports. Over the last 10 years, we have successfully partnered with some of Denmark’s largest corporations, including Copenhagen Airport and Billund Airport. In these spaces, Relax Zone creates great customer experiences, as well as ensuring a positive relationship between users and their surroundings.
Working with such significant shareholders provides a guarantee that our products are stable, functional and safe for our users. Since Relax Zone functions not only as an on-demand service-provider and as a shop-in-shop solution, but also as an external partner, it is of utmost importance that our chairs function autonomously. This covers all aspects, including operation, functionality and payment. The entire suite of functions must be available to the user without hindering the efficiency of the employees of the company in which Relax Zone is represented.

THE CONCEPT
WHAT WE DO?
Relax Zone provides the set-up and maintenance of its user-paid massage chairs, which are installed in various places in different airports. A zone typically contains 4-6 massage chairs, as well as a payment system, signage, and a platform. Over the last ten years we have had great success testing, adjusting and offering our concept in both Copenhagen and Billund airport (CPH & BLL) In cooperation with our partners, Relax Zone ensures enhanced customer experiences for the passengers of the airport in which we are represented.
HOW IT WORKS
Implementing a Relax Zone is at no cost to our partners, since the expenditure lies with the individual user. We deliver full set-up and installation – at no cost. Time period and price are set, and the service can be paid for using either credit or debit cards, Vipps MobilePay, or different NFC solutions, such as Apple and Google Pay etc. (In some countries, coins can also be an option)
